Clear Microwave's Double Pole Double Throw (DPDT) PIN diode switches cover the frequency range from DC to 40 GHz. For specific narrow band applications, lower insertion loss and higher isolation can be achieved. The driver circuits are TTL compatible logic. Any customer specification for isolation up to 120 dB and switching speed up to 5 ns can be achieved by modifying our comprehensive library circuits.
