Clear Microwave's Single
Pole 16 Throw (SP16T) absorptive PIN diode switch covers the frequency range from
0.5 to 18 GHz and it is controlled by 4-bit TTL binary logic. Two types
of mechanical structure are available: 1-row output regular in-line
structure and 2-row output compact in-line structure. Other mechanical
and electrical specification models are available on request.
